Welcome to HollowPaperLane ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our high-end yacht rental services and the website located at hollowpaperlane.sbs (the "Service"), which is provided by HollowPaperLane.

By reserving a yacht or using our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you disagree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Service Overview

HollowPaperLane offers exclusive yacht rental services that include but are not limited to:

• Yacht hire for the day
• Sunset sailing trips
• Corporate getaways
• Exclusive social gatherings
• Long-term yacht rentals

Our services are provided based on availability and climatic conditions. We hold the discretion to change or discontinue services at any given time.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Procedure

To reserve a yacht, you are required to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide valid and complete information
• Make payment of the necessary deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is only confirmed after we receive your payment and send you a written confirmation. We retain the authority to deny service to anyone according to our policy.

3.3 Availability

All yacht charters are dependent on boat availability and favorable weather conditions. We will try our best to accommodate your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All costs are presented in € and include all relevant taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our pricing is subject to modification without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter is required during reservation
• Final Payment: Due 48 hours before the departure of the charter
• Extra charges (if applicable): Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund less any processing charges
• Between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be given

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

If our captain deems weather conditions to be unsafe, we propose to:

• Reschedule your trip to an alternative available date at no additional fee
• Offer a full refund if it is not possible to reschedule

5.3 Mechanical Difficulties

If there is a mechanical failure with the assigned yacht, we will make an effort to offer an appropriate replacement. If a suitable alternative is not available, a complete refund will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Measures

All guests are expected to:

• Obey all commands from the crew
• Utilize safety equipment when directed
• Disclose any health issues that might compromise their safety
• Stay within the approved areas on the yacht

6.2 Forbidden Items

Passengers are not allowed to bring aboard:

• Containers made of glass
• Illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic drinks beyond a reasonable quantity for personal consumption
• Animals, except when given prior consent

6.3 Behavior

Patrons must behave respectfully at all times. We hold the right to curtail a charter without a refund if a passenger's conduct is deemed to endanger safety or hinder the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitations of Our Liability

Our accountability is confined to the charter fee you have paid. We are not responsible for:

• Personal harm due to passenger recklessness
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages
• Delays resulting from weather or circumstances outside of our control

7.2 Insurance Policies

We have comprehensive marine insurance that covers our yachts and operations. Passengers should ensure they have suitable travel and personal insurance arrangements.

7.3 Risk Agreement

Partaking in our charter services indicates your understanding that marine-related activities carry innate risks, and you agree to accept responsibility for your personal safety and welfare.

8. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to alter itineraries, courses, or timetables due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational necessities. We will make every attempt to provide experiences of comparable value.

9. Force Majeure

We will not be held accountable for interruptions, cancellations, or alterations triggered by factors outside of our control, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather
• Natural catastrophes
• Government directives
• Port shutdowns
• Failures of a mechanical nature

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our service indicates agreement to our collection and usage of your data as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Ownership of Intellectual Property

The material on our website, such as words, visuals, emblems, and pictures, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without our express written consent.

12. Jurisdiction

The laws of Spain dictate these Terms. Any conflicts will be settled in the courts with jurisdiction in Barcelona, Spain.
